Penn Village is an approved provider. Eligible members receive adult day care, meals, and transportation at little or no cost.

We work directly with PA Health & Wellness CHC members for dementia, stroke, TBI, memory care, and behavioral health support.

Penn Village accepts UPMC CHC. Many families use this plan to access affordable, high-quality adult day care instead of expensive hourly home care.
