Penn Village Adult Day Care is a licensed adult day center in Germantown, Philadelphia. A Note for Montgomery County Residents
This is the part families here most often get wrong, so it is worth being precise. Cheltenham Township is in Montgomery County, not Philadelphia. Philadelphia residents access aging services through the Philadelphia Corporation for Aging; Montgomery County residents go through Montgomery County Aging and Adult Services, the county’s Area Agency on Aging. Same state programs, different front door — and calling the wrong one costs families weeks.
